- Any existing will, trust or power of attorney
- A list of what you own and what you owe
- The people you want to provide for and to decide for you

- Every notice from the IRS or a California agency
- The last three years of returns
- Anything already sent in reply
Bankruptcy
- Proof of income
- A list of everyone you owe
- What you own, and any lawsuit or garnishment papers
