About the attorney
Joseph R. Abdalla, J.D., LL.M.
President and principal attorney of the firm. Estate planning, tax and bankruptcy for individuals, families, business owners and fiduciaries throughout California.
Joseph R. Abdalla is the president and principal attorney of the firm. His practice focuses on estate planning, tax and bankruptcy law, helping individuals, families, business owners and fiduciaries work through legal and financial issues that rarely arrive one at a time.
Joseph brings a combination of legal and financial education to his work. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
That combination of accounting, legal and advanced tax training allows Joseph to give practical guidance on wealth preservation, estate planning, tax, asset protection and business succession planning. It also means the tax consequence of an estate decision, or the estate consequence of a tax decision, gets noticed before it becomes a problem.
